We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Service Technician. This position offers on-the-job training with a 90-day trial period to ensure the candidate's compatibility with our team and operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic work environment, possess strong technical skills, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence.

• Service Installation
  • Provisioning hosted phone systems for clients.
  • Programming routers and assisting with internet installations for business customers.
• Service Repair
• Trouble Identification
• Site Surveys
• Cabling
  • Installation of Cat5/6 cable for voice and data networks.

• Demonstrated ability to install Cat6 cable and troubleshoot network issues.
• Proficiency in provisioning hosted phone systems.
• Familiarity with router programming and internet installation procedures.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
• Good driving record with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
