Thanks for stopping by! We're a small but ambitious company that's looking to add one experienced Garage Door Technician to help us take our commercial overhead door and equipment installation business and expand it into the residential market.

If you're a tech that's topped out because your manager is never going to retire-this is your chance to jump the line! We're offering an opportunity to help shape the company, build robust business systems and create a lively, fun, and success-driven atmosphere!

We're looking for someone with the technical expertise to launch our residential services division and the leadership mindset to grow into a key management role. You'll lead day-to-day operations for residential service and installs, while helping locate, train and hire the right technicians.

Listed compensation is base pay but will also have variable components such as bonuses for individual and company performance, sales commissions, and more.

From time to time, you might get the opportunity to travel out of town to support larger commercial/industrial installation projects. As we residential side of our business grows, travel will drop significantly.

• Lead and perform complex commercial installations and repairs
• Manage residential service and installation operations
• Interview, train, and supervise technicians on job sites
• Assist with scheduling and project management
• Investigate new products and services and implement
• Enforce proper safety + customer service standards
• Perform quality checks and final inspections

• 5+ years overhead door industry experience
• Proven leadership experience in the field
• Must be able to pass background checks as we work on government/military facilities
• Clean background + drug-free
• Authorized to work in the United States

• OSHA 10, OSHA 30
• Mobile equipment cert (forklift, telehandler, other)
• Rigging
• IDEA certification in rolling steel, rolling steel fire, commercial sectional, residential sectional, gates/operators
