Located in Carrollton, GA, we are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep and repair of our residential properties. This role involves a variety of tasks, from fixing doors to patching walls, and requires a versatile and proactive approach.

Responsibilities include:
- Performing maintenance and repairs on residential properties

- Traveling to different properties as needed
Requirements:
- Experience with multi-family construction
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and use basic hand tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
