• Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and roofing
• Attentive to detail

• Review work orders and plan tasks for efficient maintenance and repairs
• Repair leaky pipes and ensure plumbing is watertight and functional
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues, such as replacing faulty outlets to restore power safely
• Repair weather-damaged roofing, secure shingles, and check gutters for blockages
