Services By J National LLC is looking for a detail-oriented A/R & Collections Specialist with hands-on Service Titan experience to join our growing team in Carrollton, TX. Responsibilities- Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliation
- Conduct outbound collections calls and follow-ups on outstanding balances
- Utilize Service Titan to track, manage, and update customer accounts and billing records
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner
- Generate and analyze A/R aging reports to prioritize collections efforts
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding payment arrangements and account status
- Coordinate with field and operations teams to ensure accurate job costing and invoicing
- Hands-on experience with Service Titan software is required
- 2+ years of accounts receivable and/or collections experience
- Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and payment reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for customer-facing collections
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in the home services or field service industry is a plus
