Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to regional leadership and the executive team, including calendar management, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and staff activities, including catering, room setup, and materials preparation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for office needs—managing supplies, vendor services, maintenance requests, and facility coordination.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense tracking, and budget monitoring for office and team activities.
  • Support onboarding of new hires, including workspace setup, access coordination, and IT equipment requests.
  • Maintain confidential files and ensure timely communication and organization of executive information.
  • Provide backup support for reception and general office operations as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of Word Processing software, Internet software, and Spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence; ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
