We are seeking a Bilingual Receptionist fluent in English and Spanish to be the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors, while also providing essential administrative support to our team.
OverviewThe Bilingual Receptionist will serve as the face and voice of Egnite Electric LLC by managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, professionalism, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls in both English and Spanish.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling, receiving mail/packages, and maintaining visitor logs.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Translate documents, emails, or verbal communications as needed.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
- Support HR and management teams with onboarding activities, communications, and office coordination.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or administrative assistant.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Bilingual communication (English/Spanish) at a professional level.

Salary: $48,000.00-$59,000.00
