J National, a fast-paced and growing commercial property services company, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive & Personal Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer and Sales Team. This unique role combines business and personal responsibilities, providing vital support to both corporate leadership and Operations.

This is not your standard assistant role. We need a trusted right hand who can juggle multiple priorities, keep projects moving, and anticipate needs in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. Construction Industry experience is a PLUS!!
What Youll Do- Communication Whisperer: Draft, edit, and send professional correspondence that makes us shine.
- Operational Firefighting: Jump in wherever needed from organizing travel to chasing down missing documents.
- Project Coordination: Track deadlines, follow up with stakeholders, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Confidential Ally: Handle sensitive information with discretion, loyalty, and care.
- Efficiency Hacker: Find smarter, faster ways to get things done and implement them.
- A natural multitasker with an eagle eye for detail.
- Resourceful and adaptable you love figuring things out on the fly.
- Strong written and verbal communicator (bonus points if you can make emails sound like poetry).
- Tech‑savvy: comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools (Field Pulse, Quick Books, etc. a plus).
