Services By J National LLC is looking for a motivated and organized HVAC/Plumbing Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Carrollton, TX! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the backbone of a dynamic trades company, keeping operations running smoothly while supporting our skilled field technicians and management team.

• Answer and route incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and dispatch HVAC/plumbing technicians
• Manage work orders, job files, and service agreements from creation to completion
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for residential and commercial service calls
• Process invoices, estimates, and billing for HVAC and plumbing jobs
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/service management software
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed
• Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and correspondence

• Prior administrative or office experience in HVAC, plumbing, or a related trades industry preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or field service management software (e.g., Service Titan, Jobber)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher a plus
