Director, National Direct Placement – Commercial Pricing Specialist

The Judge Group is seeking a Commercial Pricing Specialist for our client in Carrollton, TX. This role is fully onsite and offers a base pay range of $65,000 – $70,000 per year.

• BS degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of data‑driven pricing analysis, sales forecasting, and market research
• Very strong analytical skills
• Microsoft Excel and Power BI expertise
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder

• Heavy construction equipment or automotive industry pricing experience
• Experience creating commercial strategies and pricing models
• Experience building data from various sources

• Drive data‑driven pricing analysis, sales forecasting, and market research
• Analyze and maintain pricing structures and product price database
• Maximize sales and margins for current and aftermarket parts
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Production, and Engineering to build cost models
• Utilize industry standards and pricing strategies to set competitive prices
• Lead pricing review meetings and monitor financial performance of pricing
• Perform competitive analysis on parts, OEM parts, and new models
• Establish profitability goals for parts and determine discount guidelines
• Develop sales KPIs including dealer performance dashboards
• Support sales forecasting and business planning; conduct market research to support product planning

• BS in Business, Finance, or related field
• Heavy construction equipment or automotive industry pricing experience preferred
• Very strong analytical skills
• Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills
• Experience creating data from various sources and developing commercial strategies and pricing models
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
