Your Key Contributions
  • Maintain and manage customer accounts with precision and care
  • Process orders, payments, and resolve any account issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including handling enquiries and offering solutions
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback directly from customers to improve services and customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the manager as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in account management, administrative support, or customer service
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Experience in the home technology industry is a plus
