We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative with a background in collections, inbound call centers, or high-volume customer service. (This is not a retail position.) Based in Carrollton, Texas (moving to Coppell, Texas in December), this role is essential to ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient order entry, problem-solving, and exceptional customer service. This position is based in the office.
Responsibilities- Managing Hustle: Handle 40–70 incoming service calls per day with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency.
- Delivering Excellence: Consistently meet performance benchmarks in speed, accuracy, and volume.
- Owning Integrity: Process orders from fax, phone, email, web, and special accounts with accuracy and honesty.
- Resolving Issues: Handle credits, complaints, and adjustments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Driving Growth: Educate customers and upsell products to help them maximize value.
- Fulfilling Commitments: Process backorders and track follow-ups to completion.
- Supporting Teamwork: Serve as phone receptionist when needed, routing calls to the right department and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adapting with Agility: Demonstrate strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of inbound call center or high-volume customer service experience (collections or upselling experience a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with 10-key by touch and keyboard shortcuts preferred.
