Technical Trainer H-1B | JND

JND is hiring a Technical Trainer for 2025 to support the training of Samsung’s Authorized Service Network technicians across the United States. Based in Carrollton, Texas, with additional operations in New Jersey, this full-time hourly role offers competitive pay ranging from $36 to $40 per hour and includes H-1B and Green Card sponsorship for qualified international candidates.

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training on consumer electronics and household appliances, combining classroom instruction, virtual sessions, and on-the-job training. • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and related products
• Conduct engaging classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions tailored to varying skill levels
• Design, update, and maintain training manuals, guides, and digital learning materials
• Create training content using PowerPoint and manage basic training data using Excel
• Assess trainee performance through practical evaluations, quizzes, and hands-on demonstrations
• Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and one-on-one coaching to trainees
• Analyze training outcomes against defined KPI goals and recommend improvements
• Ensure all training activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices
• Collaborate with technical experts, partners, and management to align training with business objectives
• Stay current with appliance repair technologies, tools, and industry advancements

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in appliance repair, with at least 3 years in a technician or training-related role
• Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills
• Ability to train large audiences effectively across multiple formats
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Willingness to travel extensively (50%–80%) across the United States
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle equipment when required
• Eligibility for H-1B visa sponsorship or U.S. work authorisation
