Our substitute teachers are a key part of our teaching teams, who work a flexible schedule. Substitutes work alongside faculty members to create and cultivate high quality learning experiences in a safe environment for infants, toddlers, preschool or Kindergarten aged students (birth through 6 years old).

What Makes You Our Substitute Superstar

• High School Diploma or GED (minimum).
• 19 years old (or 18 if enrolled in college).
• Interest in working with young children (infants through Kindergarten).
• Enthusiasm for the Montessori philosophy (no prior experience required!).
• Meets state preschool teacher or assistant requirements.
• Flexible availability to work as needed.
