Location

This role is in‑person and based at one of our campuses in Dallas‑Fort Worth, Santa Barbara, or San Francisco. We provide relocation support.

Most admissions professionals are brought in to sustain existing systems. You will be brought in to dismantle them and build something more effective.

2 Hour Learning compresses a traditional full school day into two hours through AI‑powered, mastery‑based applications. No teachers. No lectures. No wasted time. Our students learn at 2.6 times the national average, validated by MAP assessment data. Afternoons are reserved for life skills, personal development, and substantive projects. This is not an incremental improvement to conventional schooling. It is a fundamentally smarter, faster, high‑impact model that produces top 1% academic performance in a fraction of the time.

Your role is central to this. You will oversee the complete admissions cycle for one of our campuses—Dallas, Santa Barbara, or San Francisco—with full ownership of your pipeline. No bureaucratic layers. No task delegation. No inefficiencies. You will convert interest into enrollment through rapid response, transparent results, compelling tours, and rigorous selectivity. You will be the deciding factor in why families commit to a school unlike any they have encountered.

If you are driven by velocity, clarity, and the opportunity to represent a superior product rather than a carefully marketed ideology, this position is for you.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Replying to new inquiries within 4 hours using personalized, precise communication that avoids generic templates.
  • Conducting campus tours and events that demonstrate clearly how and why our instruction is faster, and which families it serves.
  • Managing the entire admissions process, from applications and shadow days to decision calls and onboarding.
  • Maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date CRM and SIS records for weekly review, with a focus on Hub Spot.
  • Improving admissions materials, standard operating procedures, and frequently asked questions using live parent feedback and conversion metrics.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Supervising a team. This role is structured for individual execution.
  • Working through administrative obstacles. We operate at startup velocity, not traditional institutional timelines.
  • Admitting every applicant. This model is not suited to all families, and your responsibility is to identify the right fit.
  • Justifying our differentiation. Our results carry more weight than convention.
  • Operating remotely. This is an in‑person, campus‑based position with occasional off‑site local events.
