Required Skills:

Valid SPED license for Texas Minimum of 2 years of special education teaching experience

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Ability to collaborate with staff, students, and families effectively

Knowledge of IEP development and implementation

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Special Education, or related field

Prior experience working in middle school settings

Experience with diverse learning needs and intervention strategies

Other Requirements:

Must undergo and pass a criminal record check as a condition of employment, per state law Availability to work during typical school hours (day shift)
