What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”- Supervise the Project Design team, including oversight of design and engineering work for a variety of installed solutions and projects.
- Proactively communicate with colleagues, vendors, consultants and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
- Identify cost‑effective solutions that meet customer requirements within the project schedule.
- Accountable for communicating design progress, committed completion dates, design scope revisions, and associated costs to the Project Managers.
- Discuss all anticipated overtime requirements with the Project Managers.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
- Excellent Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Customer Focus – Maintaining awareness of and seeking to meet the needs and wants of the customer.
- Initiative – Engages in proactive behavior and looks for opportunities for improvement.
- Analytical Thinking – Logically breaks down problems and looks for solutions.

Education:
College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
Minimum Experience:
5‑7 years in engineering, field service or project management.
- Previous supervisory experience
- Previous CAD and design experience
