• Supervise the Project Design team, including oversight of design and engineering work for a variety of installed solutions and projects.
• Proactively communicate with colleagues, vendors, consultants and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
• Identify cost‑effective solutions that meet customer requirements within the project schedule.
• Accountable for communicating design progress, committed completion dates, design scope revisions, and associated costs to the Project Managers.
• Discuss all anticipated overtime requirements with the Project Managers.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

• Excellent Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Customer Focus – Maintaining awareness of and seeking to meet the needs and wants of the customer.

Education:

College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.

Minimum Experience:

5‑7 years in engineering, field service or project management.

• Previous supervisory experience
• Previous CAD and design experience
