We're seeking an Electrical Engineer to advance our factory electrical distribution, machine automation, robotics, control cabinet building, and test instrumentation care and maintenance. You'll design and implement robust electrical distribution systems, including 480V and medium voltage transmission, develop control systems for automated machinery and robotics, and ensure the reliability of test instrumentation to support our cutting-edge manufacturing processes. Your expertise will include the care of large central switch gear, troubleshooting machine power circuits, variable frequency drives (VFDs), transformers, and other critical plant gear.
Your role will involve creating detailed electrical schematics for power distribution and control systems, specifying components, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of control cabinets. You'll collaborate with mechanical engineers, automation specialists, and robotics teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly, ensuring optimal performance of factory equipment. You'll also maintain and calibrate test instrumentation and troubleshoot issues in machine power circuits, VFDs, and transformers to guarantee precision and reliability in production.
