POSITION SUMMARY
** Lead team in the evaluation, design, and engineering of projects and systems to specification on projects ranging from new design/build to rehabilitation of existing facilities and systems. Provide ongoing technical guidance and engineering issue resolution as needed. **

- Detailed understanding of all MEP calculations and design
- Ability to review RFP’s and identify items that will have an impact on constructability or cost.
- Advanced understanding of building codes and standards
- Ability to develop scopes of work for project development
- Extensive knowledge of engineering and design techniques plus thorough understanding of all engineering disciplines
- Excellent proficiency in all Design Software (i.e. CADD, Calculation Software, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and technical writing skills
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment while adhering to project deadlines
- Ability to lead MEP design efforts on medium-scale projects independently
- Develop and structure mentorship groups to effectively share knowledge and develop inexperienced employees
- Advanced computer proficiency, including MS Office to effectively execute design task
- Ability to lead engineering and BIM teams
What you bring to the table:
- 4-year Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree
- 8 + years of practical Engineering experience
- Active Professional Engineering License
