Strategic Reliability TeamThe Strategic Reliability team is looking for an experienced reliability engineer.
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To- Participate in all phases of product development, implementation, advanced problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Manage DFR deliverables in the toll‑gate process in a timely fashion.
- Facilitate DFMEA sessions to drive design choices and improve validation test planning.
- Coach design engineers through DfR activities (ex: DFMEA, DVP&R).
- Provide relevant data and analysis for reliability goal setting.
- Provide expertise in test planning and reliability data analysis.
- Provide coaching in root cause and physics of failure analysis.
- Chair FRACAS Failure Review Board and ELC processes.
- Identify and document use, installation & environmental profiles.
- Document reliability‑centric lessons learned for various HVACR products & components.
- Lead creation of design standards that impact reliability.
- Own reliability allocation.
- At least 10 years of related experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
- Graduate level reliability engineering classes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by influence.
- Effective communication of complex technical information.
- Proficiency in root cause and physics of failure analysis.
- Data‑driven analytical problem solving.
- Experience improving reliability of electro‑mechanical systems.
- Application of Design for Reliability tools.
- Applied statistics knowledge and experience with Weibull++ and Minitab.
Salary range: $133,000 – $160,000 annually. Eligible for 10% STI bonus. Exempt role. No overtime.
Location and ScheduleCarrollton, TX. In the office Monday through Friday.
