The Controller position offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned financial professional to lead the financial operations and strategy within the context of an electronic manufacturing company. Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the accounting functions related to electronic manufacturing including ledger accounts, financial statements, and cost control systems specific to manufacturing processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, particularly those related to electronic manufacturing standards.
- Develop and coordinate budgets and forecasts for manufacturing projects, providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes with a focus on manufacturing cost analysis.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve financial procedures and reporting within the manufacturing operations.
- Evaluate financial performance of manufacturing lines and make recommendations to optimize profitability and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; experience in electronic manufacturing is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the electronic manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management practices, and industry regulations pertinent to electronic manufacturing.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to electronic manufacturing.
