As a Home Loan Specialist
, you'll be part of a team that's helping people turn life goals into keys‑in‑hand moments.
We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Home Loan Specialist to join our Mortgage Fulfillment Division. In this role, you will be a key contributor supporting various channels within MFD, helping to drive efficient processes and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex data and document validation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Troubleshoot third‑party orders including title, appraisal, hazard insurance, flood certification, and credit reports
- Handle escalated or complex customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
- Complete appraisal eligibility tasks and ensure timely processing
- Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve workflow
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with our company's culture and core values
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial services; mortgage industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
