Mortgage Loan Closer

Job Description

100% In-office

Pay: $26/hr

• Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
• Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
• Review and validate loan documents
• Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses
• Assign and distribute work loads
• Monitor work queues and intervene as needed
• Interact with multiple departments to expedite processing and/or issue resolution
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

• At least two years of experience in Mortgage Loan Closing
• Encompass experience is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with commercial lending, as well as FHA, VA, and consumer loans is a plus

Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, TX 75010

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
