This position will support the Sr Director, Division Controller of North America IMS Operations. It is responsible for all financial aspects of the plant’s day‑to‑day operations, monthly close, financial forecasting, planning, budgeting, financial controls, reporting, and analytics. The role provides analysis and support to the division, adapting duties as needed while exposing the analyst to senior leaders and meeting tight timelines.

• Responsible for all financial aspects of the plant’s day‑to‑day operations.
• Provide advice and counsel to segment, division, and plant leadership regarding operational management to ensure optimum plant, division, and segment performance.
• Collect, consolidate, and interpret financial data to provide insights and influence decisions to accelerate execution toward company objectives.
• Review and analyze financial information to drive plant profitability.
• Prepare and submit the month‑end close, management reports, and analytics on time.
• Develop and implement systems to control manufacturing operation costs and monitor product lines and customer profitability.
• Prepare financial projections and plant status reports for divisional and corporate management as required and coordinate discussions on financial matters with plant and division management.
• Consolidate and analyze financial data, maintain reporting, and create new reports as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• BA Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years of experience.
• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) required.
• Must be willing to work weekends to meet quarterly, interim, and annual reporting and audit deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong communication skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, time‑management, and communication skills with the ability to clearly present and explain complex information.
• Problem‑solving orientation dedicated to providing solutions.
