Compensation: $120K–$150K base + 20% bonus

A privately held, service-oriented organization in Carrollton is seeking a hands‑on Controller to oversee financial management, treasury operations, and HR/payroll administration. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic insight and strong operational accounting skills, thriving in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

• Manage daily cash flow, bank reconciliations, and fund transfers.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Supervise GL activity, balance sheet reconciliations, and fixed assets.
• Lead payroll, benefits, and compliance processes.
• Review and approve AP/AR transactions and vendor payments.
• Partner with the CEO and department heads on business planning and performance analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, cash management, and financial systems.
• Proven ability to manage both strategic and day-to-day financial functions.
