The Role

A growing organization is seeking an experienced and dependable Office Coordinator to oversee day‑to‑day administrative operations and support a compassionate, patient‑centered team. This position plays a key role in coordinating communication, maintaining records, ensuring regulatory and HR compliance, and promoting efficient office workflow to support quality patient‑centered services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, HR, payroll, and administrative support for clinical and leadership staff.
  • Manage medical records and ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with Medicare and state regulations.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary team (IDG) meetings and maintain required documentation.
  • Assist with billing preparation, payroll support, and HR‑related administrative tasks.
  • Serve as a liaison between the office, field staff, and external partners.
  • Maintain supply inventory and ensure smooth office logistics.
  • Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and a positive team environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative or office management experience, preferably in hospice, home health, therapy or healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of EMR/EHR systems (Net Health, Kan Time, HCHB, or similar preferred).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain discretion in sensitive matters.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
