The Patient Engagement Executive plays a vital role in ensuring patient satisfaction and ongoing communication between Bright Home Health Care Inc and its patients and caregivers. This role focuses on developing strong, trusting relationships through regular check-ins, compassionate communication, and consistent support.

Each Patient Engagement Executive is responsible for making at least one weekly wellness call per assigned patient , ensuring they feel valued, informed, and supported. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to calm and de-escalate difficult situations , demonstrate empathy, and document all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular wellness check calls (minimum once per week per assigned patient).

Build long-term, positive relationships with patients, caregivers, and families.

Handle patient concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism to achieve resolution.

Educate patients and families about Bright Home Health Care’s services and available resources.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all communications and outcomes in the CRM system.

Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and billing departments to ensure cohesive communication.

Manage multiple patient interactions simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Adhere to HIPAA regulations and all company privacy and compliance standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare communication, customer service, or patient relations (Home Health experience preferred).

Strong ability to calm tense situations and communicate with empathy and professionalism.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with CRM software and documentation tools .

Ability to work independently, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.

Hourly Pay: $15.00 per hour.

Bonus Program: Eligible for monthly performance-based bonuses after 90-day probationary period, based on patient satisfaction and engagement metrics.
