Job Description

We have immediate openings for full-time positions and will assist you through the RBT certification process!
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.
Responsibilities:- Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
- Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
- Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
- Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
- Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
- Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
- Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
- Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment

- Starting Compensation - $18.00-$21.00 / hour

- Graduates (or a degree in progress) within the field of:
Psychology, Special Education, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Child Development, Social Work & Counseling - Someone that is dependable, creative, innovative, and energetic!
- Individuals with experience in the following fields are encouraged to apply: paraprofessionals, nannies, babysitters, caregivers, teachers or Montessori guides, coaches, tutors, camp counselors
