- Deliver scheduled/programmed activities consistently
- Respect and safeguard patient dignity and rights
- Minimum age of 21
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with favorable Motor Vehicle Report
- Proof of insurance
- CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of employment
- Experience in inpatient psychiatric or healthcare settings preferred
- Experience with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred
