MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Completion of a EMT Basic/Intermediate program and acceptance for licensure in the state of employ
- One year related experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ohio Advanced EMT Certification
- CPR (Health Care Provider minimum) certification
