Sagora Senior Living is looking for a compassionate and dependable Resident Assistant to support seniors with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, mobility, and program participation. The role prioritizes resident well‑being, dignity, and independence.

• Caring for residents’ personal needs, safety, and comfort.
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Day‑to‑day tasks such as housekeeping, telephone use, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Participating in resident programming.
• Observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition and status.
• Conducting rounds to monitor hazards or incidents.
• Assisting in dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and clean up.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with dementia care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and associates in English.
