Human Resources Generalist (Bilingual - English/Spanish) – Carrollton, TX
We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist who is fluent in English and Spanish and has 1-2 years of HR administration experience. The role will support all aspects of human resources to foster a positive work environment.
OverviewThe Human Resources Generalist (Bilingual - English/Spanish) is pivotal in providing comprehensive HR support across various organizational functions. This position executes HR programs, policies, and procedures to foster a positive work environment and support the achievement of organizational objectives.
What You’ll Do- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departures.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address benefits eligibility, enrollment, and claims inquiries.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Support HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and promote a positive work culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively in both written and verbal settings.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience with Workday.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
