We are a brokerage firm specializing in life insurance and retirement solutions
, and we are actively looking for motivated Recruiters to help us grow our team of licensed agents and financial professionals. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with unlimited earning potential, ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to build a career in the financial services industry.

What You’ll Do
  • Source, attract, and onboard candidates interested in careers in life insurance, retirement planning, and financial services.
  • Develop recruiting strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the licensing and onboarding process.
  • Partner with branch managers and leadership to meet recruiting goals.
  • Build long‑term relationships with recruits, helping them integrate into the team and succeed.
  • Promote our company culture and vision of creating financial literacy and generational wealth.

What We’re Looking For
  • Driven, entrepreneurial individuals with strong communication skills.
  • Previous recruiting, sales, or leadership experience preferred (not required).
  • Comfortable with outreach: phone calls, social media, networking, and events.
  • Ability to work independently while being a part of a growing team.
  • Interest in the financial services industry (life insurance, retirement planning, annuities).
  • Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check.
