Location: Carrollton, Texas 75006 (4 days onsite & 1 WFH)
Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 base salary + health benefits + 401(k)

We’re hiring a Human Resources Manager to support a ~300 employee distribution plant. You’ll help the company reach organizational goals through strategic HR leadership. This role oversees a wide range of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, engagement, compliance, and leadership development. The position will work heavily with onsite management and the leaders of other business units.
Key Responsibilities- Lead talent acquisition strategy, hiring processes, and recruiting metrics for assigned business units
- Analyze talent data and present scorecards with recommendations to strengthen culture, retention, and performance
- Coach leaders on talent development, employee relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for exempt and non‑exempt roles, ensuring timely placement of quality candidates
- Oversee employee relations investigations, including complaints, performance concerns, and workplace issues
- Guide managers through performance improvement and corrective action processes
- Develop and execute succession planning, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs
- Manage HR team members supporting recruiting and HR administration
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and support compliance reporting
- Deliver management training and oversee new employee onboarding
- Coordinate internal and external training programs
- Support company wide initiatives such as culture surveys and special projects
- Perform additional HR duties as needed
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience with strong employee relations background
- 3+ years of recruiting experience across multiple channels (ATS, job boards, social media, agencies, networking)
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Management or leadership experience required
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification a plus
- Strong customer service orientation
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
