Position SummaryLiquid Stack is seeking an upbeat, driven, and highly adaptable Manufacturing Recruiter to support our rapid growth as we scale next‑generation liquid cooling products for AI and data center infrastructure. This role is ideal for a recruiter who takes initiative, builds credibility on the manufacturing floor, and is energized by a fast-moving, build‑as‑we‑scale environment. You will own full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, technical operations, and professional staff roles while developing a deep understanding of our people, processes, culture, and Behaviors.

- Own full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, operations, and professional staff roles, including proactive sourcing (active and passive), screening, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding handoff.
- Build strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers by developing a working understanding of shop‑floor operations, functional team needs, and long‑term growth objectives.
- Translate workforce and business requirements into effective recruiting strategies that support production ramps, organizational scaling, and strategic talent acquisition.
- Serve as a visible culture ambassador and employer brand representative, promoting Liquid Stack as an employer of choice on the manufacturing floor and in competitive professional talent markets.
- Manage recruiting pipelines, reporting, and key metrics (e.g., time‑to‑fill, pipeline health, quality of hire) to drive timely, data-informed hiring decisions.
- Take initiative to continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience, including development of interview materials, hiring playbooks, and scalable workflows.
- Maintain flexibility and agility to shift recruiting focus as business priorities evolve, supporting both high‑volume manufacturing hiring and specialized professional roles.
- Perform all duties in alignment with Liquid Stack’s core values and Behaviors, demonstrating collaboration, accountability, and urgency in a fast‑paced, scaling environment.
- 2–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, operations, or technical roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
- High level of organization, initiative, and follow-through
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics
- Manufacturing, industrial, or startup‑to‑scale recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Conversational Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a strong plus
