Senior Project Manager – Tax Systems

IDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Tax Systems to join one of our top clients remotely. The role is with a professional services organization that specializes in tax software solutions and integrations, focusing on project delivery, client management, and technology implementation.

• Lead client-facing projects related to ONESOURCE tax software implementations, often integrated with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, waterfall delivery environment with minimal guidance.
• Coordinate project activities ensuring timely delivery and issue escalation management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and success.

• 5+ years’ experience leading client-facing Project Management engagements for ONESOURCE or tax technology implementations.
• Hands‑on experience managing ERP‑integrated projects, including SAP and/or Oracle (Fusion) environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, complex projects in a fast‑paced, waterfall delivery environment.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills with experience managing escalations and senior stakeholder relationships.
• PMP Certification preferred, not required.
