Position Overview
- Title: Route Driver – Office Coffee (Full Time)
- Location: Parks Dallas Xtract – 1421 Mac Arthur Drive, Carrollton, TX 75007
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, full time, hours may vary (details discussed during interview)
- Pay: $20.00 per hour, fixed rate
- Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000 after six months
- Commission Eligibility: Possible (subject to program)

- Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
- Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
- Display a clear understanding of company policies and administer as needed.
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of vending machines and related equipment.
- Conduct minor service and adjustments on machines; report defective equipment to maintenance.
- Ensure the truck is properly loaded each day before starting the route.
- Inform clients and customers of new products or services; listen to and resolve service complaints.
- Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue promotion materials.
- Accountable for receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash, and product.
- Conduct inventory reconciliation per district procedures.
- Keep the company vehicle clean and organized; perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections.
- Perform all job functions safely and professionally.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 3 years driving experience (or equivalent).
- Valid non‑CDL Class C driver’s license.
- Preferred: 1–2 years of customer‑service experience or related field.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.
- Willingness to operate or learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts).
- Ability to work independently and assume responsibility for the route 98% of the day.
