Route Driver - Office Coffee

Position Overview

• Title: Route Driver – Office Coffee (Full Time)
• Location: Parks Dallas Xtract – 1421 Mac Arthur Drive, Carrollton, TX 75007
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, full time, hours may vary (details discussed during interview)
• Pay: $20.00 per hour, fixed rate
• Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000 after six months
• Commission Eligibility: Possible (subject to program)

• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
• Display a clear understanding of company policies and administer as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of vending machines and related equipment.
• Conduct minor service and adjustments on machines; report defective equipment to maintenance.
• Ensure the truck is properly loaded each day before starting the route.
• Inform clients and customers of new products or services; listen to and resolve service complaints.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue promotion materials.
• Accountable for receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash, and product.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation per district procedures.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and organized; perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections.
• Perform all job functions safely and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3 years driving experience (or equivalent).
• Valid non‑CDL Class C driver’s license.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of customer‑service experience or related field.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.
• Willingness to operate or learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts).
• Ability to work independently and assume responsibility for the route 98% of the day.
