AboutThe Role
The Manager, Market Operations reports to the Director, Head of Market Operations. The role owns the P&L for the assigned regions and is responsible for overseeing daily operations, setting strategic goals, executing high‑level initiatives, and driving growth. The manager sets vision, collaborates with internal partners (Clutter and Iron Mountain teams), scopes key initiatives, and builds outstanding customer experiences. This is a hands‑on role with an onsite requirement of 1‑2 days per week.
WhatThe Candidate Will Do
- Own market performance, from P&L to key operational metrics.
- Manage performance of the field and warehouse teams.
- Collaborate with Clutter stakeholders to bring new opportunities to life.
- Make final decisions on high‑priority customer escalations.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of strategic leaders to drive business impact.
- Maintain regular communication with key team members across the organization.
- Ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives.
- Advocate for product support to execute key initiatives.
- Engage with legal, tax, policy, support and other stakeholders.
- Track core business metrics and deploy streamlined reporting structures.
- 5+ years of experience in general management, operations, marketing, business consulting, finance, or a similar analytical role.
- Ability to manage a large and growing field and warehouse team cross‑functionally.
- Strong strategic thinker focused on optimal execution.
- Excellent financial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Experience navigating large and complex organizations.
- Ability to leverage data to support critical decisions.
- Skill in aligning cross‑functional stakeholders to strategic goals.
- Self‑starter with a strong desire to learn, grow, and collaborate.
- Strong prioritization and teamwork facilitation.
- Prior P&L experience preferred.
- Experience in early‑stage, high‑growth businesses preferred.
- Prior experience building and leading teams is preferred.
