At Aqua Terra, we’re looking for someone who thrives on accountability, takes pride in quality, and knows how to lead with both confidence and humility. You’ll be the steady hand guiding our construction team, ensuring that every project meets our standards and exceeds our clients’ expectations.

• You’re fluent in the language of scheduling, quality control, and client satisfaction.
• You can walk the line between enforcing standards and building strong relationships with trade partners.
• You’re not afraid to get into the details — whether it’s a warranty issue, a fleet maintenance schedule, or a pre-construction meeting.
• You’re comfortable with technology and know how to use it to track progress, communicate clearly, and make better decisions.
