Production Scheduler

• Run MRP to determine manufacturing and production run needs.
• Update production jobs with any modifications needed from change controls or deviations.
• Research and assign manufacturing and production dates necessary to complete the order before the customer due date.
• Coordinate with customer service, purchasing, manufacturing, and production teams to monitor and resolve issues affecting delivery.
• Deliver shop‑floor job tickets to production and track every batch and fill ticket through the manufacturing process to ensure all are accounted for.
• Monitor bulk inventory to use current WIP inventory prior to scheduling.
• Lead daily team meetings to review the current schedule and address issues raised by production or other departments.
• Research order and delivery discrepancies, resolve MRP‑related issues, and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate and manage special projects as required.

• Competent with computer software such as Microsoft Office, particularly strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge and experience in MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a dynamic workload: multitasking during peak periods and focused detail‑oriented work during critical projects.
• Ability to change direction and handle multiple responsibilities and tasks regularly.
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of two years of experience in the same or a similar industry.
• Experience as a planner/scheduler in a manufacturing environment (two or more years preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving and multi‑tasking skills.

Carrollton, TX. Salary: $60,000.00–$80,000.00. Employment:
Full‑time.
