Responsibilities
Your Role:
As a Shift Maintenance Mechanic, you will support production by maintaining production and process support equipment and performing preventative maintenance as needed.
You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!
- Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives.
- Locate and replace defective components.
- Teach line operators preventative maintenance processes.
- Troubleshoot Motor Control Centers and relays, solenoids and other complex fractional hp. electrical d.c. drives and a.c. frequency drives.

We need you to have:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience working with PLC’s and AC frequency drives.
- Ability to do basic math.
- Certified forklift operator.
- Ability to program PLCs, troubleshoot and repair AC Frequency drives.
- Ability to stick (ARC) weld and use cutting torch and a VOM meter digital multi-meter.
- Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Associate's degree or two-year technical degree in a related field.
