We are seeking a Production Supervisor for our Carrollton, TX, facility, a leading manufacturer of refrigerated dough products. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the production floor. This role ensures that production processes run efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards. The supervisor leads a team of operators, technicians, and workers, focusing on maximizing productivity, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.
