Job Title: SMT Machine Operator Type of Role: Temp to Hire Shift /
Hours:
2ndShift, Monday to Friday, 2pm-10:30pm Location: Carrollton, TX Pay: Starting at $19 + 5% Shift Differential for 2nd shift
Our client, a leading global electronics manufacturing services company, is seeking an SMT Machine Operator to join their team in Carrollton, TX
. This is a great opportunity to work in a clean, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth.
As a SMT Machine Operator (for electronic assembly), you will tend to the machine by quickly and efficiently loading/replenishing feeders with reels of components, entering programs into automated placement machinery, and prepping for the next build with the primary goal being to maximize machine productive time.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate SMT equipment, including Fuji and Mydata machines
- Load and replenish feeders with component reels
- Operate SMT screen printers, pick-and-place equipment, and reflow ovens
- Identify components, feeder sizes, and pitches
- Enter and run machine programs according to production requirements
- Read drawings and assembly procedures to ensure accurate builds
- Prepare and assembly complex PCBs with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
- Communicate effective with team members and follow production instructions
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous SMT Operator experience in electronics manufacturing
- Strong understanding of SMT processes and equipment
- Ability to read and follow drawings, work instructions, and assembly procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- 2nd Shift - 2pm-10:30pm - Monday through Friday
- 5% Shift Differential for 2ndShift
- Weekly Pay
