Job Title: Mechanical Repair Assembler Type of Role: Contract to Hire Shift /

Hours:

1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm Location: Carrollton TX Hourly Range: Starting at $16

Whether you're brand new to manufacturing and looking for a place to learn a trade, or you've got some hands-on assembly experience and want to grow further, this role has a path for you. We provide the training, tools, and support to help you build real, transferable skills in mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly.

You’ll build electro-mechanical assemblies from the ground up — reading blueprints and work instructions, using hand and power tools, and working on everything from small precision parts to larger components.

• Read, interpret, and follow work instructions, diagrams, and engineering drawings
• Assemble components using hand tools and power tools (ratchets, wrenches, pneumatic tools)
• Work on a variety of parts — from small intricate pieces to heavier components
• Identify and report product defects or quality issues
• Keep clear, accurate records of your work
• Properly handle ESD-sensitive materials and equipment
• Take on new tasks and responsibilities as you grow

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-1+ years of assembly or mechanical experience — new to the field or experienced, both are welcome
• Strong mechanical aptitude (formal experience, hobbies, shop class, or general comfort working with tools all count)
• Comfortable using hand tools such as ratchets, wrenches, and battery/pneumatic tools
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs with assistance)
• Strong attention to detail
• Solid English communication skills, written and verbal
