Packaging Engineer
IPG is seeking a Pouch Operator to join our Operations team in Carrollton, TX. The role focuses on operating Pouch 1 & 2 and producing bubble pouches, with accountability for setup, changeovers, and quality.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in manufacturing, strong math and English skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while maintaining a safe workflow. This is an hourly non-exempt position with opportunities for growth and training.
