What

You'll Do
  • Lead the preparation and submission of prequalification and bid proposal packages, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • Establish and maintain robust file structures for all project‑specific qualification requests and bid proposals.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of client‑generated requests for qualification and internal responses, ensuring organized documentation and timely final submissions.
  • Oversee the comprehensive preparation of bid proposals, including scope definition, team resumes, project experience lists, organizational charts, and all necessary collateral.
  • Collaborate on developing deliverable lists, managing document preparation timelines, defining submission requirements, assigning responsibilities, and coordinating final package submissions.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and team members to develop impactful presentation designs and compelling content.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement tools and procedures for consistent project documentation publication and maintenance according to company standards.
  • Compile and coordinate project data with the Marketing team for use in press releases, project profiles, case studies, and trade show scheduling, enhancing the company's public presence.
Must‑Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical work experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in writing, editing, and researching for the preparation, printing, and online submission of technical documentation, with a strong focus on proposal development.
  • Demonstrated strong project management skills with a proven ability to meet assigned deadlines consistently.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a client‑focused approach.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to gather and interpret information effectively.
  • Proven ability to write, edit, and proofread content with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
  • Prior project management experience.
  • Experience with creative design software, especially InDesign.
  • Experience with project management software.
  • Experience with in the Service or Construction industry.
