Univesco, Inc. is an established, family‑owned and managed property management company headquartered in Plano, Texas. With over four decades of experience, we own and operate more than 4,000 apartment units across Texas and Florida. We are seeking a motivated and professional Leasing Consultant to join our team at one of our DFW‑area communities. You will play a key role in maintaining high occupancy and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct property tours, and highlight community features and amenities.
• Handle inbound inquiries (phone, email, walk‑ins) and follow‑up to convert leads into leases.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and compliant.
• Assist with resident retention through excellent customer service and community events.
• Market available units through outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate resident files and records in property management software.
• Collaborate with property management team to achieve occupancy goals.

• At least 6–12 months of current experience in multi‑family housing or a relevant field (e.g., sales or customer service).
• Knowledge of leasing rules, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Ability to work independently with strong self‑motivation.
• Excellent time‑management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and show attention to detail.
• Keen attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, outgoing personality and a customer‑service mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Yardi, One Site) is a plus.
