Team 360 Staffing is looking for a self‑motivated and energetic individual for an automation machinery manufacturing company. With uncapped monthly commissions and a competitive base salary, the sky is the limit.
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with provided leads and establishing long‑lasting relationships with B2B decision‑makers to ensure customer satisfaction and a consistent flow of revenue. A hunter mindset with the desire to both grow and maintain new and current accounts is critical to building a sales pipeline. You will get to go on plant visits from time to time and see the production facility!
A qualified candidate will be able to build strong relationships, leveraging their personality and sales skills to sell our services and provide solutions to their clients.
Responsibilities:- Engage proactively with provided leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their industrial repair needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their pain points and offering tailored repair solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline by consistently following up with leads.
- Keep detailed records of interactions, opportunities, and client information using CRM software for effective pipeline management and reporting.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to learn about different industries and solutions that can be provided to clients.
- Stay current with industry trends and needs.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self‑motivated and driven to succeed.
- Ability to perform duties in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced, always‑changing environment.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- High level of energy and a commitment to excellence!
