Sr. Equipment Rental Specialist

Overview

Sunbelt Rentals is the nation's largest equipment rental business and a trusted partner on job sites. We seek a Sr. Inside Sales Representative to support our growth in the construction and industrial markets.

Sr. Inside Sales Representative

• Serve as the primary contact for telephone and walk‑in customers, determining equipment needs and negotiating orders.
• Deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude and strong administrative support.
• Assist in dispatch logistics and train new team members as needed.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• At least 3 years of equipment rental industry experience preferred; 4‑year degree + 1 year experience also acceptable.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

Daily tasks include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors and outdoors as required.
