Requirements
  • Student mentality / coachability / must have a hunger to learn
  • Must be a committed individual
  • Direct sales experience (5 years or more)

  • Must know how to self‑generate appointments
  • Cell phone and laptop/tablet for presenting proposals
  • Must be comfortable with in‑home presentations
Primary Responsibilities
  • Market Clark Energies and set up new clientele
  • Teach new hires how to canvass and schedule appointments
  • Teach new hires how to consult potential clientele at pre‑scheduled appointments
  • Host weekly appointment setter and consultant meetings
  • Ensure targets, goals, and KPI’s are met
